Kent is an expert GIS analyst and database administrator with a background in cadastral and natural resource mapping. With over twelve years experience, he serves as GIS Manager and has worked on projects for numerous western North Carolina counties, municipalities, and non-profits. Kent holds a M. A. Degree in Geography from Appalachian State University.

Eric W. Neel

Eric is a geographer who uses GIS to provide solutions for corporate, municipal, and non-profit organizations. He collaborates on all company projects and serves as the company's CEO and office manager. In his free time Eric is a musician and outdoor enthusiast. Eric holds a M.A. Degree in Geography from Appalachian State University.

Tiffany L. Puett, GISP

Tiffany is a GIS specialist whose concentration is with land records management and custom training. With nine years experience, she specializes in data conversion, editing, and project management. Tiffany holds a B.A. Degree in Geography with a minor in mathematics from Appalachian State University.

Seth C. Hartsell

Our newest team member, Seth is a GIS technician who works on company projects related to land records. He assists with digitizing, production, and data entry. He recently completed mapping school and is working towards becoming a certified NC property mapper. Seth holds a B.A. Degree in Geography from Appalachian State University.
